On 15.12.2016 I sent this letter to the Federal Court of Justice, Karlsruhe, Germany, with copies to both the Israeli Minister of Justice and Rubinstein himself *** All the addressees confirmed delivery *** Unfortunately, no one sued me, and no one made any remark about my “style of expression” – the Israeli way of mouth-shutting.

Mr. Rubinstein, who is visiting you now in Karlsruhe, is a liar, a crook, a villain.
He is also a racist.
He is shameless. He is a shame to all mankind.
He is a shame to the Israeli justice system (whose he is the vice-president), and to the universal justice.
He is a shame also to the people of Israel, to the Jewish People, to the Jewish faith, even to the kippah he wears.
Beware of him, don’t host him, don’t escort him, don’t trust him, keep away from him!
I say these harsh words not because I lost a case, but because I know him, I follow his rulings.
I’m sorry I can’t translate any of my articles in this short lapse of time, but if there is, around you, anyone who can read Hebrew, please let him read this article, relating to a case I have nothing to do with:
and explain to you who this Rubinstein is.
If you wish and request, I will translate it for you to English.
I add a CC to him, challenging him to sue me for libel, slander, whatever he thinks fit. He knows how to reach me.
I also add a CC to the Israeli Minister of Justice, Ms. Ayelet Shaked, to let her know.
